This comfortable, smart living SDA home is fully air conditioned, offering 2 ensuited High Physical Supported bedrooms, and wheelchair access to all internal and external areas. Each SDA bedroom also boasts its own kitchenette sink, cupboards, and space for a microwave or air fryer.

• 2 HPS bedrooms, with ensuites and SDA accessibility options, split system air conditioning capacity for ceiling hoists, and their own kitchenette.
• OOA bedroom for onsite overnight support
• Modern kitchen with:
o a height-adjustable bench top,
o dish drawer dishwasher,

o strip lighting to the overhead cupboards

All our SDA houses are designed to the highest specifications and physical support SDA certification criteria and are independently 3rd party approved.
