SDA Demand

Investors, developers and providers, and even agents should be encourage to see that there is actually a demand on Specialist Disability Accomodation per state or territory.

The information in the SDA demand data which includes the SDA eligible participants who are currently living in an SDA, those who are looking for an alternative SDA, those with approved funding and is seeking for an available specific SDA Design category suited for them, those who are waiting for funding in their plan and have finished the housing assessment, is updated regularly by the NDIS.

The SDA demand data can be filtered by the state or territory location and SDA Category Design Standard for specific search so investors/developers/agents can focus on which need they want to fulfil based on the demand of the state or territory they’re in or want to embark. The resulting search data can be easily exported to CSV or PDF file for analysis, reporting or filing.
